Spring Community Sing!

Georgia and Susan would like to invite you all to a fun-filled community singing event for the whole family!

Recently Dr Georgia Pike-Rowney and Dr Susan West established a new arts and wellbeing charity, The Cordialis Foundation!  As a part of their work, they are running a FREE heritage community singing event called the 'Spring Community Sing!' at 3pm on Saturday 17 October in the heritage gardens of Rusten House Art Centre in Queanbeyan, as a part of the Queanbeyan-Palarang Arts Trail. Follow this link to learn more, and to register for the singing event: https://events.humanitix.com/spring-community-sing.

Any Child Players people who would like to come and help on the day, particularly by encouraging other attendees to sing along, will be very welcome! But please note, this is a public event and Georgia and Susan will not have duty of care over any participants, so young people 16 and under will need to attend the event with an adult.

Preceding the singing event, sculptor Martin Rowney (Georgia's husband) will be giving a free artist's talk about his exhibition 'Nexus...the common piano' inside Rusten House Art Centre's Fever Ward Gallery, at 2pm, exploring themes of music and community. Registrations can be made here: https://www.eventbrite.com.au/e/artist-talk-martin-rowney-at-rusten-house-art-centre-tickets-2001121989740
