Our Mission: To provide a positive and inclusive environment where young people are empowered, build self-confidence and develop essential life-skills through participation in the performing arts.
Email us at contact@childplayersact.net to be added to the mailing list to be notified when dates are confirmed and enrolments for term 3 open.
Small group Singing Workshops provided especially for Child Players participants, developed by Dr Georgia Pike and supported by Dr Susan West on piano. Plus, due to popular demand, we will also be offering one-on-one Singing training.
These Singing Workshops are available for children who have previously participated in the Child Play Program, School Holiday Theatre Program and/or Musical Theatre Training Program.
All participants, regardless of experience, can increase their confidence and skill; learn to help and support each other’s singing, and most importantly, have FUN!
Small Group Singing Workshop Format
Singing Workshops involve a small group up to 6 participants for 6 x 60-minute sessions. Workshops involve both individual and group singing, focusing on confidence, vocal range, musicality, and addressing both individual and group singing skills.
One-on-One Training Format
Those who enroll in the Group Singing Workshops will have the opportunity to undertake an additional set of 3 x 30-minute individual sessions, which will be allocated either in weeks 1-3 or 4-6, Term 3, 2026.
