Cancelations:

If a family is unable to attend a class, we asked that they cancel their place with as much notice as possible, to allow families on the waiting list to access the vacant place.

Casual Class:

• Cancellations less than 24 hours before the class will not be refunded.

• Cancellations more than 24 hours before the class will only be refunded if the class has no waiting list or if the place can be filled from the waiting list.

• Note: families will be notified if their cancelled spot is filled, and a refund will be issued. A 10% admin fee will be deducted from all refunds.

Whole Term Enrolment: Make-Up Class or Credit:

• Cancellations less than 24 hours before the class will not be refunded.

• Cancellations more than 24 hours before the class will be eligible to enrol in a “makeup class" or receive a credit.

• Make-up Class: Enrol in any of our early learning drama classes within two weeks (subject to availability).

• Credit: If no make-up session is available, a credit will be added to your account.

• Note: A maximum of 2 credits or make-up classes is given to each child per term.

Waiting Lists Policy:

• If a place is cancelled, we will notify the first family on the wait list. They will have 30 minutes to accept or decline the place before the next family on the waitlist is notified. We encourage parents on the waitlist to check their emails the night before or the morning of the class. If a family is notified and is unavailable, we ask that you decline the place so it can go to the next family on the waiting list more quickly. If no one on the waitlist accepts the place, it will become available to the general public through our website.
